The upcoming July Equitation Show has 47 Classes focusing on everything from halter classes, English & Western classes to Lead Line for the youngest rider, costume, draft / draft-cross halter class and jumping.

For the July show this year there will be added classes for members of the Maine Appy Club (MeAPHC), but any Appaloosa riders can participate. These classes will not count toward NCRC day/year end award, but will for MeAPHC.

The NCRC shows are at Bud Elms Field in the North Country Riding Club Arena in Dexter. Show registration is at 7 am to 8:15 am; Show time is 8:30 AM and will be held rain or shine (unless extreme conditions). All horses must have current rabies and coggins papers upon entering the Show Grounds for the safety of all horses.

Food available for spectators and riders all day cooked by Brandon's Dogs

So grab the lawn chairs & load the family in the car and enjoy a family event during the 4th of July weekend.

The public is also invited to NCRC monthly meeting the last Wednesday of the month at 6 pm and are held in the summer at the show ring at Bud Elms Field in Dexter. You don't have to own a horse to come and enjoy horse talk or volunteer during horse shows and events
